The former co-owner of Kinder Steel & Construction in Orange, Texas, Tom got his start at the age of 18 repairing mobile homes which led to working as an adjuster for insurance companies in that field. The modest beginning led to hands-on experience in all fields of residential construction, large and small.

Tom may be best known for his industrial construction work for large businesses in Texas and Louisiana, including contract work for the U.S. Navy and local cities.

As a public insurance adjuster, Tom advocates for his clients. He has no obligation or ties to any insurance company and is able to handle 90 percent of his claims without resorting to attorneys or lawsuits. A lifetime of credibility in the Southeast Texas business and legal community, and a careful attention to ethical decision-making have enabled Tom to claim a 100 percent success rate for the clients he accepts.
